Sign, then pay the deposit
A written agreement sets the scope and the price. A 50% deposit books your build.

Review it on your phone
We share a live preview while we build. 3 rounds of changes are included.
Step 4
Pay the balance and launch
The other 50% is due before launch. Your domain is always registered in your name.

Pricing
Every price in writing before anything starts.

Before you ask
What do we need from you?
Your logo and brand colours, the text and images for each page, and access to your domain or written permission to transfer it. For a store, also product photos and descriptions, and an approved merchant account in your name.
We agree a date for your content at the start. That date is what keeps a build on schedule.
How long does it take?
2 to 4 weeks once we have your content. If it arrives later, your launch date moves with it rather than the work being rushed.
What counts as a unique design?
A distinct page layout. Your home page is one; a page of text and photos is another. Every page that reuses a layout is free, so a 12-page site might only use 4 designs. If you don't like how a design looks, that's what your 3 revision rounds are for.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain is always registered in your name, and the yearly renewal is passed on at cost.
What does it cost each month?
Hosting is R99 a month and includes SSL and 5 mailboxes on your domain. The Care Plan is R99 a month and optional: updates, monitoring and small changes, handled within 48 hours.
Monthly plans are billed on their own and never added to your build price.
How do I pay?
Projects are paid by EFT: half when you sign the quote, half before launch. Monthly plans are invoiced by EFT for now, and monthly card debit through Paystack is coming soon. Nothing is paid before you have the price in writing.
