Payment terms

How payment works.

Fixed-price quotes, written and signed before any work begins. No hidden fees, no scope creep without an updated quote.

  • 50% deposit, 50% on launch

    Deposit kicks off design and development. The balance is due before deployment to your domain.

  • EFT (bank transfer)

    Payment by EFT to a bank account. Details are on every invoice.

  • All prices VAT-exclusive

    Bluenode is not VAT-registered. No VAT is added to any invoice.

  • 2 weeks of post-launch support

    Every web package includes two weeks of bug fixes after launch. Care Plan covers maintenance beyond that.
