Do you offer web hosting?
Yes. Starter Hosting is available at R90/month or R1,000/year. It includes 5GB SSD storage, cPanel access, up to 3 email mailboxes, SSL certificate, and a free domain for the first year.
How long does a website take?
Up to 14 business days from when I receive all your content (text, images, logo). Missing content pauses the timeline, so the sooner you send everything over, the faster we can launch.
What do I need to provide?
Text for each page, any images or logo files, your brand colors, and access to your domain if you already have one. I provide a simple checklist so nothing gets missed.
How do I request changes after launch?
Via WhatsApp or email. Care Plan subscribers get monthly content updates included. Ad-hoc changes outside the Care Plan are billed per the add-ons list on the pricing page.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes. E-commerce sites are custom-quoted from R8,000 depending on the number of products, payment integrations, and features needed. Get in touch for a quote.
What is the revision policy?
Every website package includes up to 3 revision rounds covering text edits, layout tweaks, and minor design changes. Additional revision rounds are R300 each.
Can I use my own hosting?
Yes. I can build the site and hand it over for you to host wherever you prefer. I also offer managed hosting from R90/month if you want a hands-off option.
What is the Care Plan?
Monthly care at R450/month (or R4,500/year, which saves you R900). It includes monthly content updates, 4-hour priority support, backup monitoring, DNS management, and security checks.
